Emma's encounter form had a diagnosis code of 783.43 so I decided to google codes to see what it said. Very basic stuff, but to see the word "failure" associated with my child hurts a lot.

Chin up there sister! I am praying for you guys!
We all fail at something but excel in other areas. My 5 yr old cousin was sent home from the nicu with Failure to strive, basically sent home to die and 5 yrs later she is the happiest little girl. Maybe failure is only for a limited time. Your all in our prayers!!
